6 Pounds Lost

I lost 6 pounds this past week digging in and being consistent on my plan. I am using a very sensible plan called "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" that is a flexible and customizable plan that focuses on eating lean protein, simple and starchy carbs and fibrous carbs...meaning all whole foods, fruits and vegetables....then add in exercise and some weights. This is the program that I have had long term success on. It is not a fad or gimmicky diet...it is a sensible plan you can remain on and enjoy. See the link on the right of this blog.
